Manage proposals, budgets, projects, and logistics for participants and faculty. + Collaborate with training staff/management to keep training curricula current and enhance them as needed. + Organize and facilitate program planning meetings to ensure all parties are informed and contributing to program success. + Handle all aspects of course registration, including invitations, travel, hotel accommodations, and rooming lists. + Attend events to ensure all details are managed, including participants, lodging, equipment needs, guest speakers, agendas, supplies, and documentation. + Evaluate program effectiveness by soliciting participant feedback and making recommendations for improvement. + Ensure all program-related documentation is obtained and retained in compliance with Corporate and Divisional Policies. + Direct third-party vendors to meet program goals and budget requirements, ensuring compliance with Corporate and Divisional Policies. + Archive all program-related documents and ensure participant training records are correctly filed and confidential. + Complete all administrative tasks and reports in a timely manner. + Develop, implement, and provide feedback for continuous improvement of customer education programs and standards. + Train on Abbott product specifics for electrophysiology and gain a basic knowledge of procedures to appropriately converse with program faculty and attendees. + Establish and monitor a system to assess the effectiveness, impact, and quality of customer education. + Provide recommendations to management on improving the education process. + Analyze participant feedback to monitor program quality and make improvements. + Determine presentation equipment needs, integrate new technologies, and advise on equipment use and maintenance. + Cross-Collaborate with marketing teams to address needs for major congresses and conferences (e.g., HRS, AF Symposium, VT Symposium). + Assess customer educational needs with Marketing/Sales to align course curricula with business objectives. + Engage in maintaining personal training skills. **Required Qualifications** + Associate’s Degree acceptable; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. + Experience planning and executing meetings and events. + Familiarity with Abbott Electrophysiology Products preferred. + Experience in an educational function is appreciated. + Familiar with cross-cultural working environments. + Ability to manage/report on a specified budget. + Strong planning and organizational skills. + Excellent presentation and social skills. + Ability to work independently and collaborate with team as needed. + Ability to travel: 30-40%. The base pay for this position is $60,000.00 – $120,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
