Professional Engineer
Job Description Our client is looking for a Professional Engineer to join their civil engineering team. They will assist the Sr. PEs and project management team in preparing schedules and budgets. They will largely work on water/wastewater projects including pipelines, pump stations, and stormwater and develop and prepare engineering design plans. Day-to-day they will connect with clients to understand their needs and prepare calculations and specifications for the projects. The PE will ensure compliance with codes, practices, and policies and continuously identify and assess potential risks, materials, and costs to support the project team. The ideal candidate will have great collaboration and communication skills! The salary range would be $95k to 140k depending on seniority and experience. Skills and Requirements - Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering - Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license or able to get in within 6 months - At least 5-6 years of professional experience in engineering, with a background in water/wastewater projects - Advanced knowledge of design and experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite - Strong understanding of the complete lifecycle of a civil engineering program, from project initiation to closeout - Comprehensive understanding of permitting procedures and regulatory requirements, including administrative codes - Great communication and organizational skills null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
