Experience Three years’ experience in Human Resources or personnel management or related field. Ten years of Human Resources experience will be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree. Qualifications Experience Nurse recruitng or medical staffing experience preferred. Three years experience in Human Resources or personnel management or related field. Ten years of Human Resources experience will be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or closely related field or equivalent (Above requirements can be met by equivalent combination of education and experience).
