Job Description

The Position

Our Sales team supports our customers by providing clinical information about products, educational information, clinical training programs and resources. We support healthcare providers and healthcare systems meet the goals of the patients in their communities.

Responsibilities:

Territory Management to achieve maximal sales and market share by meeting or exceeding standards in each customer segment while adhering to ethical business practices

Build strong business partnership towards the product portfolio with key opinion leaders and prescribers and develop new product advocates

Understand customer information and past interactions and plan / implement selling approach based on customer profile and market dynamics

Ensure effective planning and execution of customer targeting and segmentation and call targets in reference to reach and frequency plan

Ensure effective implementation of promotional messages with reference to cycle bulletin and customer needs

Collaborate effectively with direct manager and other functions like marketing team in planning, organizing and implementing marketing events that are consistent with franchise promotional strategies

Regularly analyze performance qualitatively & quantitatively against KPIs and ready to share in business reviews and meetings

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines

Must be flexible to handle changing portfolios

Support company goals and objectives, policies and procedures

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

Must have at least 3 years of experience as Professional Healthcare Representative

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree / College Degree

Good track record of sales performance

Experience and good track record of establishing strong working partnership with opinion leaders is a plus

Multi-national pharmaceutical company experience is a plus

Experience in Women's Health-Contraceptives/Fertility or CV-Lipids/Hypertension space is a plus

Strong sales and business acumen

Self-starter, high level of personal motivation and results-oriented

A team player with high leadership qualities and ability to work effectively cross-functionally

Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills

Excellent written and oral communication in English
