You Will:

Primary client POC and responsible to build and establish strong relationship across multiple LOBs, sites and regions.

Responsible for CVA, performance scorecards, VOC, Tech Innovation and financial delivery for global account or assigned region.

Responsible to create and execute an annual strategic and tactical account plan to meet performance, enhance client relationship and grow overall regional and global footprint. 

Owns oversight of contractual requirements and works with regional delivery team to educate, create business cases and assist with change management needs. 

Maximize best practices and assist to implement global performance alignment through process or tech innovation tools.

Owns accuracy of internal financial reporting for MM projections, EOM accruals and final invoice approvals prior to client submissions.

Seek opportunities to grow global account by proactively identifying new client needs, possible new services, etc.

Works closely with global & regional shared services teams to align best practices, processes, develop program specific leadership training (TEX Bootcamp) and service delivery across multiple LOBs, sites and regions.  

Participate and ensure global teams are prepared to deliver updates in client WBR, MBR, QBR and Town Halls.

Security/Fraud Compliance – manages audits, solution implementation and adherence for assigned regions or site(s). 

You Have:

Proficient experience managing mildly complex projects and stakeholders, powered by data-driven insight. Complexity can vary based on several factors such as size, scope, number of geographies, variables or dynamics of customer and project

Experience with process optimization, program management, customer support strategy or quality assurance

2-5 years of related experience to reflect skills and talent necessary for this role

Competent consensus building and conflict management skills

Ability to prioritize projects to align with ROI and account impact

2+ years in a Business Analyst, Solution Architect, Project Management or Program Management role

PMP Certified

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma, or the equivalent

Virtual First
Concentrix is a Virtual First company, which means work outside of an office will be the primary experience for most employees for the foreseeable future. Equipment will be provided, but Internet connection and a space at home to work is required. While you have the ability to work from your home, we do require that you are in a commutable distance (NCR, Cavite, Rizal, Laguna and Bulacan), of the local office to ensure you can attend when/if required by the company. In addition, per PEZA regulations, we are mandated to keep track and record the movement of all company-owned work equipment, thus any movement of these work equipment are prohibited without any prior approval by the management team, including our PH Site Director
