What the day will look like In this wide and varied role your responsibilities will include: Lead broker on a nominated account list, involving engagement across all regions of the UK Negotiate the best broking outcomes for your clients Client presentations and visits alongside core client service teams Understand key insurers' points of view regarding their relationship with Aon and help exploit opportunities or address problems Analyse the insurance markets briefing colleagues as appropriate. Developing and building upon market relationships with Insurers Improve the quality and efficiency of broking processes Assist Aon colleagues with new business opportunities Branch and region visits to assist in engagement and awareness of PI market issues and updates How this opportunity is different This is a highly visible and varied role that sits within the Commercial Risks UK PI team which is part of Aon's wider UK Broking operations. The team serves our regional operations, covering both our Advisory /SME and Corporate segments – as such, the broking activity spans middle size UK companies up to major UK risks. The role will also include collaboration with our EMEA and GBC Financial Lines colleagues.
