Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Asset Management Lead to join our team in Taguig, Philippines. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our organization's IT assets, ensuring optimal utilization, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.

Develop and implement comprehensive IT asset management strategies aligned with organizational goalsLead and mentor a team of IT asset management professionalsOversee the tracking, maintenance, and disposal of all IT assets, including hardware and softwareCollaborate with finance and procurement teams to optimize IT asset investments and reduce costsEnsure compliance with licensing agreements and manage software auditsImplement and maintain IT asset management tools and processesAnalyze data and generate reports on asset performance, utilization, and lifecycle costsDevelop and maintain relationships with key vendors and service providersContinuously improve asset management practices to enhance efficiency and reduce risksProvide expert guidance to senior management on IT asset-related decisions

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field5+ years of experience in IT asset management, with a proven track record of leadershipStrong knowledge of IT infrastructure, software licensing, and hardware lifecycle managementProficiency in IT asset management software and inventory management systemsExcellent financial management and budgeting skillsAdvanced project management and data analysis capabilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in vendor management and contract negotiationsITAM (IT Asset Management) certification preferredDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate teamsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
