**Assigned Territory/Area: Zamboanga Del Sur/ Zamboanga Del Norte** **Job Responsibilities** + Promote the company’s products to healthcare professionals in order to educate them on the value that our products bring to the patients/customers. + Achieve Area sales targets and carry out sales calls, targeting high sales areas for maximum efficiency. + Ensure the achievement of sales goals and targets in the assigned territory. + Ensure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in the assigned territory. + Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory + Identify new opportunities and gain new business while maintaining the existing business. + Appraise current and planned customer needs and advise on the application of company products and services to customer requirements. + Establish and develop relations with key personnel in all facilities in the assigned territory. + Provide reports to Direct Manager regarding territory status, to include forecasts, proposals and business reviews. + Ensure mastery of Product knowledge related to the company’s products as well as the competitive products that are available in the market. + Represent Abbott in a professional manner that aligns with company image, ensuring activities stay in sync with legal and ethical standards. **Job Qualification** + Graduate of a bachelor’s degree (Medical background, science, biology, pharmacy, Nursing,) Also (Marketing, Business and Sales ) + Effective communications and empathic listening skills to relate to customers + Persuasive, impactful, persevering, and a team player + Self-driven person, confident and willing to be trained + Results focused + Anticipate, adapt and act according to the changes in the business environment + Interested in pursuing a career in sales and in doing field work **Knowledge & Experience:** + Sales Experience + Proficiency in use of modern technology + MS Office **Competencies required:** + Selling Skills + Territory Management and business skills + Customer Management + Multichannel and Digital + Culture An Equal Opportunity Employer Abbot welcomes and encourages diversity in our workforce.
