Adecco is recruiting for a Senior Pharmacy Technician / Operations lead for a Central Fill/Closed door pharmacy in West Sacramento. Payrate: The anticipated wage for this position is between $ 28 and $29 Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors. **Minimum Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)** **Education/Training** · High School Degree or equivalent experience · 2-year **lead operation** experience- Pharmacy technician experience required · Intermediate computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Microsoft Teams, etc.) · Understanding of Central Fill production- Knowledge of pharmacy law & regulation · Capability to build a complex production schedule · Experienced in analyzing data and conditions in real time and adjusting as needed · Demonstrates excellent communication skills. Both verbal and written communication to support the business. **Work schedule** – Sunday – Thursday. Sunday 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday 1:00pm-9:30pm **Job Description** Business Title: Central Fill Operations Lead **Key Responsibilities** + Expert on all operations subject matter. Responsible for training, tracking, and working with Supervisor to maintain Standard Operating Procedures for all operational functions. + Creator of daily schedules that comply with state pharmacy law and complies with production goals. Evaluates production, gives work direction, and helps resolve operational problems. + Organizes and sustains the site’s comprehensive training program, including mandatory McKesson training and refresher training. + Navigates through large amounts of data during research process for pharmacy incident reports to determine root cause. + Leads the internal shipping process to meet contractual pickup times. The Lead is a primary individual that validates accuracy when completing the shipping process. + Operational tracker controller. Maintains and evaluates record keeping trackers that help support management and the business.
