Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Professional/Research/Manager for the School of Engineering. This position operates as the Field Managers for the Department of Energy Industrial Training and Assessment Center (ITAC) Program.

This position is grant funded contingent on availability of funds.

Among the key duties of the position are the following: Works directly with the ITAC Program Manager at DOE while focusing on program quality assurance. Supervises all the institute of higher education (IHE) centers in the program and serves as a liaison between the ITACs and DOE. The program provides no-cost energy assessments to small and medium sized manufacturing plants in the US and has been operating for over 30 years. Reports to the Center Director and plays a critical role in the internal functions of the office and is also outward facing through direct contact with ITAC Directors and Faculty. Leads CAES initiatives including decarbonization, resiliency, and cyber security, assessment training and provides important client deliverables.
