The Professional Services Consultant will drive successful deployments of our Brightree ReSupply products. The Implementation Connect Consultant will work with new and existing Brightree customers on software implementations projects focusing on Brightree Connect best practice recommendations. The Professional Services Consultant will perform onsite and remote operational workflow assessments, specific SOW work focusing on resupply best practice workflows in areas such as but not limited to; continuous glucose monitoring, diabetes; sleep and non-sleep areas. The PS Consultant will provide project guidance and task completion either onsite or remote for workflow design, product configuration, workflow management, product training, end user training, computer-based training, go-live prep, go-live support and post go-live stabilization.
Let’s talk about Responsibilities
Assist in the successful implementation of the ReSupply Connect product to new and existing Brightree customers. This includes project related activities such as consulting, system configuration, training, training materials development and team/customer communications.
Provide remote/onsite implementation and training services related to Brightree ReSupply Connect implementations.
Research, diagnose, and resolve basic/complex customer questions or problems on site, over the telephone or through electronic communication.
Drive working sessions with customers to understand and document business and technical requirements for ReSupply Connect functionality.
Provide status updates to management using standard reporting tools.
Manage customer escalations through appropriate Brightree channels.
Analyze, troubleshoot, document software issues reported by customers on-site and remotely.
Track and report product defects to Support for appropriate resolution.
Successfully transition live customers to standard support process. Provide feedback to Product Management and Development regarding product enhancements.
Ability to travel 25% domestically.
Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience
Experience and knowledge of ReSupply Connect product.
Minimum of 4 years of Consulting/Implementation experience
Minimum of 4 years in Healthcare/Implementation experience
Knowledge of software implementations, system workflows, and implementation best practices.
Experience with Implementation methodologies and user experience testing
Acute listening skills that will aid in the analytical ability to solution with customers on change management and implement best practices as it pertains to technical software and implementations.
Ability to communicate effectively over the phone or in person.
Experience developing training materials and product reference documentation for healthcare software.
Ability to manage customer expectations and drive project results.
Demonstrable success in previous roles indicated by high level of consulting services.
Understanding of software as a service (SaaS) web-based technologies and applications
Experience implementing and/or training on Brightree applications.
Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) applications and performance criteria.
Must be a quick learner, self-directed, motivated, and have strong dedication and commitment level to the tasks at hand.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, project-oriented environment with the ability to own areas of the implementation team with minimal supervision.
Exceptional consultative and communication skills with a keen attention to detail while handling multiple priorities.
Highly organized with the ability to manage and drive change.
Process analysis and improvement methods skills with demonstrated business benefits.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in order to achieve milestones while also being able to communicate effectively with client’s leadership teams.
Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office products including Project, Visio and PowerPoint
Experience with Smartsheet
Creative and innovative problem-solver
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $91,000 - $114,000
For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
