If you’re passionate about engaging customers and creating a great experience you have a place with us. SentinelOne is growing its Professional Services team and looking for a seasoned Cloud expert to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Singularity Cloud Workload Security product family. 

The role of the SME is to support the Professional Services Team in developing and documenting best practices as well as directly handle complex implementations and consultative engagements in order to deliver exceptional quality services and mission-critical security solutions.

What will you do? 

Provide onboarding activities for customers as it relates to cloud infrastructure architectures and S1 cloud product lines. Assist with troubleshooting and debugging cloud EDR / Kubernetes / AWS Serverless / OpenShift deployments. Strong understanding of cloud native applications, platforms, security, automation techniques, and DevSecOps. Deliver implementation, enablement and advisory for SentinelOne cloud products and technologies. Consult with customers to build collaborative architecture, success criteria and project plans for implementation customized to their business objectives. Work with Customers as a trusted advisor helping guide them on ongoing security best practices, platform management and product usage. Represent and advocate customer needs and issues cross-departmentally. Continuously improve methodologies, deliverables, and processes to create an unparalleled Customer Experience. Contribute to internal best practices and HOWTO documentation.

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

Cloud Platforms: Deep understanding of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Containerization: Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Minikube, K8s) and managing K8s clusters both On-Prem and with Cloud Service Providers. Operating Systems: Proficient in Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems (Server and Workstation installation, configuration, administration, security best practices). Endpoint Detection and Response: Experience with EDR/XDR tools. Endpoint Management: Experience with Group Policy Objects (GPOs), SCCM, Intune, Jamf, and Workspace One or similar endpoint management tools. Networking Concepts: Solid knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP) and cloud network architecture. Automation and Scripting: Proficiency with automation tools or scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash). Database Management: Experience with SQL queries for data retrieval, and reporting. Cloud Administration: Proven experience in managing cloud environments and have an in-depth knowledge of cloud technologies from leading Cloud Service Providers. Security Practices: Strong knowledge of security technologies, architecture, and operations, including threat handling, incident response, and SOC operations. Customer-Centric: Possess a customer-centric approach with a strong desire and ability to work with customers in a technical capacity. Field Services Experience: 7+ years in a field services role (professional services, pre-sales, support, etc.), preferably in a cybersecurity-related domain. Industry Certifications: Industry certifications such as CompTIA, CKA, RHCSA, AWS Cloud and Azure Cloud which demonstrate domain expertise in cloud technologies and endpoint solutions.

What will set you apart from other candidates?

Experience in scripting with APIs, developing automation solutions, and implementing CI/CD pipelines. Training and enablement services delivery experience.
