We are seeking a dedicated Professional Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Auckland. This role is pivotal in supporting our Professional Services team with large project implementations and providing project leadership for smaller projects. Responsibilities and Duties
\nAssist the Professional Services team to ensure end-to-end account success and satisfaction throughout the entire implementation lifecycle.
\nPromote the Vision, Mission, and KPIs as set by the senior management team.
\nEngage in technical aspects of projects.
\nHold a successful Project Management certification.
\nFoster a customer-focused and customer-driven culture.
\nUnderstand customer requirements and provide guidance based on industry best practices.
\nMaintain strong communication standards, ensuring timely updates with customers and cross-functional teams.
\nDrive customer satisfaction as a primary goal by understanding customer needs and ensuring their requirements are met.
\nManage multiple projects simultaneously with effective time management skills.
\nUnderstand the capabilities and limitations of our hardware offerings.
\nCollaborate closely with all members of the Professional Services team, Sales, and internal support teams to ensure successful implementation of new accounts.
\nReport on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
\nGain a foundational understanding of Teletrac Navman product capabilities.
\nMaintain a knowledge database of product features and functionalities of competitive products in the region.
\nStay updated with best practices in your discipline.
\nSupport customer queries during the implementation phase.
· 3 + years of customer support / management experience in growing enterprise start-up environments, working directly with customers
\n· 2 + years Project coordination experience and/or equivalent coordination experience
\n· PM qualification (PRINCE2 / PMP Practitioner certification) desirable
\n· Willingness to take ownership, be held accountable, and achieve a good outcome for all stakeholders
\n· Exhibits solid business acumen
\n· Ability to travel – when required
\n· Experience in maintaining top-notch customer support levels during periods of high business and team growth
\n· Development of metrics that drive customer operations and demonstrated success in managing those metrics
\n· Prior experience within IT&T / Telco or Technology industry advantageous
\n· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
\n· Able to work with a diverse array of people, challenging in a non-confrontational way, and builds successful working relationships
\n· Displays a sound business judgment and decision-making capability
\n· Strong MS Office skills and experience
