Professional Services Product Manager, Managed Print Services

We are seeking for a Services product manager to lead the engagement with markets and develop value propositions for current and new portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the definition, developing with partners and achieve a successful implementation and business development of owned services for Enterprise MPS. You will work closely with various organizations such as: PS organization, CS, Enablement teams, markets, sales, marketing and training. The portfolio, the roadmap and the value proposition are your key responsibilities, as well as understanding the competitive landscape. Your portfolio of services should help achieve the growth objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

 Introduce the concept of professional services, emphasizing the importance of consulting and deployment in achieving business goals.For Consulting Services, define Service Offerings (including range of consulting services provided, such as IT strategy, business process optimization, and technology implementation), Value Proposition (Highlighting the benefits of consulting services, including improved efficiency, cost savings, and enhanced decision-making) and Case Studies (including examples of successful consulting engagements, showcasing the positive impact on clients' businesses).For Deployment Services, define service offerings (Detail the deployment services offered, such as system integration, software installation, and infrastructure setup), Value Proposition (explaining the advantages of deployment services, such as reduced downtime, seamless integration, and faster time-to-market) and Case Studies: Provide examples of successful deployment projects, demonstrating the effectiveness of the services.Define service offering by segment: Ensure services portfolio is adequate for each customer segment (enterprise, mid-market & SMB) and analyze development and roadmaps required.Define value proposition for Enterprise customers: Understanding the market and its evolution, you will build the value proposition for MPS Enterprise customers and build an engaging vision for HP customers.Define pricing strategy: Define the right pricing and outcome approach for customers and make sure HP systems can support it working with enablement teams.Understand the competitive landscape identifying key competitors and differentiators and Highlighting the unique selling points of your services compared to competitorsSupport markets developing business: Analyze market requests and develop a proper configuration of services for each customer segment that maximizes revenue for HP and return for the customers.Understand competitive landscape: Become state of the art expert for all services in the market for print management and document workflow and understand competitive situation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer science, Telecommunications or business).Proven experience in developing in implementing servicesStrong project management and organizational skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of MPS, SW solutions and the channel.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in a related field.Experience in the technology corporate strategy and the Services business

The base pay range for this role is $130,350 to $200,750 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
