Unit: 4 South is a 23-bed Trauma and Orthopedics unit. This medical-surgical unit is a great place for nurses to care for a variety of patients with different medical needs. The team provides nursing care to the trauma population (patients involved in motor vehicle accidents, gunshot, stabbing and assault victims, fall injuries, etc.), and patients with bone injuries, infections, deformities due to trauma.

Shifts/Hours: Our RNs work a rotating 12-hour schedule to ensure 24/7 coverage on the floor. 

Sign on bonus details (full-time):

$15,000* for Graduate Nurses (*Amount and eligibility based on type of nursing role and candidate experience)  $20,000* for Experienced Nurses (*Amount and eligibility based on type of nursing role and candidate experience)

Purpose: The Professional Staff Nurse, a Registered Nurse, is a key member of the care delivery team. They set care standards, manage patient care, and collaborate with team members. Their role includes leadership, partnership, and supervision, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with physicians, other healthcare providers, patients, and families to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
