Overview: In this role, you will join a team that provides care for inpatients and outpatients undergoing diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy procedures. The position includes training in both preoperative and postoperative settings, with the possibility of cross-training in procedural documentation.
Objective: The Professional Staff Nurse, a Registered Nurse, is a key member of the care team responsible for setting standards and ensuring high-quality nursing care. This role involves managing patient care activities for a group of patients and their families using independent judgment, communication, and collaboration. It encompasses leadership, partnership, and supervision while fostering relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, patients, and families to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
