UPMC Hillman Cancer Center is currently hiring for a full-time Professional Staff Nurse, ONC (RN) to help support our fast-growing infusion center in York, PA. This position will work a full-time daylight schedule Monday through Friday as a Treatment/Infusion Nurse hanging chemo/biotherapy medications, as well as administering blood products and other medicines.
The Professional Staff Nurse is a Registered Nurse responsible for setting care standards, managing patient care, and collaborating with healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes. This role involves leadership, partnership, and a commitment to the community and the nursing profession.

Responsibilities:
Actively participates in department or unit-specific quality improvement efforts. Identifies opportunity for quality improvement to colleagues and management.
