The salary range for this position is $34.48-$54.74. (The hired candidate will be placed in the appropriate job title and pay scale based on their experience within the career ladder)

The Professional Staff Nurse is a Registered Nurse and a member of the care delivery team. The Professional Staff Nurse is responsible for Operating Room responsibilities as detailed herein. The Professional Staff Nurse works on complex surgical procedures in the Operating Room. The Professional Staff Nurse establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with physicians, other health care providers, patients and their families, to achieve desired patient outcomes throughout the continuum of care.

Responsibilities:

Circulate all service lines Scrub all service lines. Take the charge assignment. Pick cases. Prepare for next day’s cases. Demonstrates superior knowledge of the OR environment and equipment. Performs scrub role (requirement for RNs hired on or after July 1, 2023). *Performs in accordance with system-wide competencies/behaviors. *Performs other duties as assigned.
