Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care using the nursing process and Relationship-Based Care model. Develop individualized care plans that address clinical, social, and emotional needs. Educate patients and families to support care transitions and improve health outcomes. Foster strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues, patients, and families. Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving in patient care decisions. Maintain accountability for professional growth and participate in shared governance.
