Profissional Analista de Conformidade de Compras

Job Description:

Responsabilities:

Acting as a point of reference for the compliance of Purchasing processes, guiding and answering questions from the department's staff;

Describing and classifying goods for tax purposes;

Managing the registration of materials and services in the company database, ensuring compliance with the relevant tax classification rules;

Managing the supplier register in the Purchasing organization, ensuring that the KYS (Know Your Supplier) process is applied;

Ensuring that national and international Export Control regulations are applied in the Materials and Services Purchasing processes;

Analyzing and monitoring deviations in procurement processes;

Providing training to all stakeholders and internal customers in the Purchasing department on the relevant processes.

Requirements:

Internal candidates, please note the Golden Rule;

Full university degree in Law, Business Administration, International Relations or Foreign Trade;

Solid experience in the position;

Advanced English (will be assessed at interview).

Responsabilidades:

Atuar como ponto de referência quanto à conformidade dos processos de Compras, orientando e respondendo às dúvidas da equipe do departamento;

Descrição e classificação fiscal de mercadorias;

Administrar o cadastro de materiais e serviços na base de dados da Empresa, garantindo o cumprimento das regras pertinentes de classificação fiscal;

Gerir o cadastro de fornecedores na organização de Compras, garantindo a aplicação do processo KYS (Know Your Supplier);

Garantir que as regulamentações nacionais e internacionais de Controle de Exportação sejam aplicadas nos processos de Compras de Materiais e Serviços;

Analisar e monitorar os desvios dos processos de Compras;

Prover treinamentos a todos os intervenientes e clientes internos do departamento de Compras quanto aos processos pertinentes.

Requisitos:

Candidatos internos, atentar-se a Regra de Ouro;

Ensino Superior completo em Direito, Administração, Relações Internacionais ou Comércio Exterior;

Sólida experiência na função;

Inglês avançado (será avaliado na entrevista).
