This position has a target wage of $21.90 - $28.13 per hour, based on shift, experience and qualifications. Overtime may be available.
What You Will Learn & Main Responsibilities Assist in data-driven analytics to facilitate continuous improvement of company mix, pricing, and competitive performance Assist with ad-hoc comparative analysis to determine most profitable alternatives for meat Collaborate on new model builds to streamline data cleansing & review to support time-sensitive decisions. Opportunities to interact with Senior leadership Opportunities to tour different company business functions and locations such as the Innovation Center, Perdue Learning University and Live Production Farms Minimum Education This position is open to rising Juniors or Seniors pursuing a Bachelors degree. Must be enrolled in an accredited university in a relevant field of study. Business, management, or other applicable majors preferred. Must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA or higher. Experience Requirements Demonstrated strength in data analytics, numerical skills. Proficiency in using Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Office. Have strong communication skills, including written and verbal. Must be able to work independently or in teams. Experience Preferred 3.25 GPA or higher is highly preferred Completed at least 2 college-level project management or business course Completed technical courses related to technology, data analytics, or industrial engineering Student extra-curricular experiences demonstrating leadership ability Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings. May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another. May need to access files, supplies and equipment. Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
