This position may require less than 10% of job-related travel. Shift Monday-Friday- 8:00 am-5:00 pm, but will also include evenings, nights, and weekends per organizational needs. This position is hybrid. Job Summary The Senior Manager, Operations Program Planning and Implementation, reporting to the Director, Operations Program Planning and Implementation, and working directly with the Associate Vice President, Operations Program Planning and Implementation, Strategy and Growth Department, functional and operational teams, is responsible for the successful implementation of new and emerging physical and programmatic growth to serve the health care needs of the Commonwealth. The position will manage the implementation of enterprise-wide initiatives, including ambulatory site implementation and expansion projects. The role will lead project teams across functional areas to ensure successful implementation. The role will ensure implementations are completed in alignment with approved strategic plans and are compliant with applicable local, state, federal and other regulatory rules and requirements. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Proven ability to lead teams through complex projects and tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently and advance priorities while engaging key decision-makers.

Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No Preferred Education/Experience Minimum of five (5) years of work experience in operations, implementation, or project management with demonstrated knowledge of operations management, team leadership, and relationship management.
Experience in managing healthcare projects is preferred.
