Required Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or industry related field Three (3) years’ working experience related to the Essential Performance Requirements Current Project Management Professional Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of being hired Preferred Qualifications At least one (1) year’s working experience in Workforce Development and/or Professional Development Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Skilled in excellent customer service and interpersonal relationships Skilled using applications and enterprise systems, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment Ability to think critically to effectively solve and communicate problems in a fast-paced environment where the demands for work are varied, and unpredictable in scope and volume Ability to analyze data and provide sound recommendations based on policy, procedure, practice, and existing regulations Ability to delegate work appropriately to faculty and staff to meet College and campus deliverables Physical Demands and Work Environment Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representatives of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Location Other - CEATL Department DT Corporate Solutions & Economic Development Job Summary Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Corporate Solutions and Economic Development, the Program Administrator is responsible for providing support in maximizing credentialed programs, revenue generation, customer satisfaction, process improvement and market penetration objectives. The employee also manages a team of administrative office assistants responsible for implementing and executing successful open enrollment and contract training engagements. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Essential Performance Requirements* Supports the EVP CSED with projects strategy execution and overall divisional staff engagement and supports the CSED programs, including open enrollment and contract engagements Supports the business development team in maximizing credentialed programs, revenue generation, customer satisfaction, process improvement and market penetration objectives, and serves as liaison between CSED and TCC Connect for project / program development and implementation Supports Marketing Manager in running reports and maintaining an updated customer relationship management (CRM) system using analytical problem solving and technical expertise to ensure the business development team receives the maximum benefit of utilization from the CRM system Works directly with clients, instructors, facilitators, consultants, and business development representatives to coordinate the logistics of engagements and renting of facilities under the CSED umbrella Manages Opportunity and Alliance Center administrative support teams, manages program budget, and evaluates program success Oversees and coordinates logistics with administrative for all offerings, registrations, and events Reports metrics, measurements, and other information using various tools, analyze data and recommend solutions Handles complex issues which may require decision-making and creative solutions and a thorough understanding of policies, processes, and functions within professional development programsService Excellence Participates on behalf of the College in external community organizations and associations as assigned to support the essential performance requirements Attends the workplace regularly, reports to work punctually, and follows a work schedule to keep up with the demands of the worksite Completes all required training and professional development sessions sponsored through Tarrant County College (TCC) Supports the mission, values, goals, and principles of the College
