**Description**
The Program Administrator will plan and oversee the daily operations of the organization to ensure goals and objectives are achieved.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
• Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of assigned staff.
• Assist program director with Hiring, Training and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
• Under the guidance of the clinical director and the program director, assists with planning all treatment services delivered in the program.
• Coordinates with other support departments such as human resources, finance, and Facilities to ensure program needs are met.
• Evaluates and monitors program activities reports findings to the program director
• Ensure program is complaint with all governing entities (OASAS, DOL etc.)
• Oversee, coach, and assign duties to campus administrators to complete monthly HRA/STARS attendance,
• Organizes campus events for patients and/or staff
• Conduct monthly inventory to ensure an adequate supply of janitorial, toiletries and building supplies are available. Places orders as needed

**Qualifications**
REQUIRED EDUCATION
• High School diploma
• Bachelor’s degree, preferred
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
• Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) in good standing, preferred
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• Minimum five years of experience working in substance use disorder treatment
• Minimum two years of experience in a supervisory role
• Understanding of OASAS regulations
• Excellent managerial and supervisory skills.
• Extensive knowledge of operations and production management.
• Ability to interpret financial data as needed to set budget goals.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
• This job operates in an indoor office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
