• Administrative support working closely with the MLBA directors in the entire process from start to finish
• Prepare and track grant application submissions
• MLBA outreach phone calls
• Attend and take notes at MLBA meetings
• Participate in vetting process
• Produce flyers and advertisements
• Produce deck for calls and meetings, Executive Level and Local Chapters Level
• Assist with creation of newsletters, website design and promotional events
• Assist in creation of additional chapters throughout the country and internationally
• Banking Transaction – Check Preparation, Payment, Encashment
• Liaison Officer – processing Business Permits and Licenses
• Internal Auditor Member – conducts Internal Audit to Local Chapters
• Purchaser – purchasing items for MLBA e.g. Chapter Icon, Roll up Banners, coordinates with vendors and suppliers
• Trainer – train new on board Local Chapter Board Member – Reconciller
• Book Keeper, keeping all confidential documents, MLBA Legal documents
Experience in all aspects of running a non-profit organization (from legal, finance, creative and outreach)Heavy interaction with chapters across the countryFundraising and event planning opportunitiesCreating new and exciting marketing materialsGood communication skillBachelor’s Degree requiredAt least 2 years of experience in non-profit organizations and/or corporate social responsibility (CSR) and some experience (2+ years) in accounting, marketing, communications, public relations
