As part of the Telecare Family, Multnomah Crisis and Treatment Center (CATC) is a subacute 16-bed, 24/7 program that serves as a secure short-term crisis program for adults with persistent and serious mental illness, who live in Multnomah County.
The Administrator manages all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Program, which involves ensuring regulatory compliance and actively overseeing quality assurance performance improvements. Additionally, the Administrator collaborates with all corporate departments and outside consultants and representatives of the program to State/County agencies, community partners, and consumer groups.
Full Time; Shift Hours and Days vary as needed
Expected starting wage range is $118,995.46 - $147,000.20. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)
Master’s degree in Social Sciences or Social Services (examples: Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Music Therapy, Rehab Therapy, Child Development, etc.) OR a Bachelor's and license as a Registered Nurse or Occupational Therapist Must qualify or be a QMHP certified with (MHACBO) in Oregon State https://www.mhacbo.org/en/ Four (4) years of experience in an administrative management position in a health care setting Two (2) years of responsibility of supervising professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensing Must understand community mental health services, psychiatric rehabilitation concepts, and the Recovery Philosophy Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
