Job Description
The System Offices is one of several system members within the Texas A&M University System representing one of the largest systems of higher education in the nation, with a network of 11 universities, a comprehensive health science center, eight state agencies, and the RELLIS Campus. Salary:
$7.25 - $13.00 per hour commensurate with experience.
Job Description Summary:
This position is non-benefits eligible. This position is responsible developing financial models, developing and maintaining statistical models, and preparing projections, analyzing variances, and reporting findings. Also, this position will be responsible for preparing reports and financial presentations.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for tracking LBB data.- Monitoring past due invoices.- Responsible for creating iPayment invoices and updating data in construction software.- Reconciling construction report data.- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- High school graduation supplemented by coursework in accounting or bookkeeping, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One year of bookkeeping and/or recording and analyzing fiscal transaction.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to analyze financial information.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Skills in word processing, spreadsheet, database and other software.
- Ability to handle confidential and/or time sensitive matters.
- Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.
