Job Description Summary
The Program Aide Professional Development , under general supervision, supports the creation of professional development training for the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences ( COALS ) . Ensure training courses are compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) .
Responsibilities
+ Collaborates with instructional design staff to develop and refine high-quality training courses, ensuring content accuracy and alignment with learning objectives .
+ Produces engaging instructional content by scripting, voice acting, and editing videos to deliver clear, professional training materials.
+ I ncorporat es multimedia and interactive elements for streamlined training structure.
+ Conducts thorough quality reviews to ensure course consistency, clarity, and functionality, ma in taining a user-friendly , ADA compliant and impactful learning experience.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field.
+ Course review or course accessibility experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
+ Fluent in English.
+ Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
+ Basic Microsoft Office skills.
+ Ability to edit videos in Camtasia or other video editing tools.
+ Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.
+ Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection.
