In this role you will be responsible for supervising a team of Organizational Development Analysts focusing on one or more business areas. This position will also work directly with one or more business areas to develop and maintain business processes for those areas. DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this position, you will serve unit supervisor within the Organizational Development Division and report directly to the Division Chief. This involves exercising considerable independent judgment in achieving specific goals, objectives, and developing program policies as you directly manage several analysts. You will be expected to assess the impact and effectiveness of current and proposed programs, proactively identify opportunities where organizational development interventions would benefit PLCB operations and outcomes, and develop and implement strategies that institutionalize improved and sustained levels of organizational effectiveness. Your staff will rely on you to oversee, analyze, and guide their efforts in the design, development, execution, implementation, and analysis of all agency organizational development activities. Work Schedule and Additional Information: + Full-time employment + Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. + Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to four days per week, with one day per week in the office.
