You'll play a key role in analyzing staffing data, identifying patterns, and providing valuable insights to support our recruitment and retention efforts.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring the completion of the following activities. Unless specified otherwise, reporting is done to the DPM and the PM.Conducts interviews of candidates and makes hiring recommendationsProvides process improvement ideasDevelops innovative processes and procedures in creating efficiencies Works with the PM and Ops Manager in analyzing data and metrics and creates charts, graphs, and other statistical data analysisAssists in developing job requisitionsExtract and transfer requirement informationUpdate and communicate requirement changesFacilitates candidate processing from beginning to end of the hiring cycleUpdate customer staffing database to reflect deployments and departuresUpdate internal staffing database to reflect current status of submitted candidatesInitiate communications for clearance crossover requests and track progressObtain Reporting InstructionsCoordinate/Address PMO and GTM questions related to staffing statusMonitor & Notify PM and DPMs of email trafficNotify Operations Manager of Invoice questions and address questions when necessaryMonitor & Notify PM & Operations Manager of Contract or TO RFPs or ModificationsSubmit NDAs to contracting personnelProvide documentation daily to customers for meetingsCoordinate reporting instructions and reporting requirements for new hiresPrepare employee documentationProvide offboarding guidanceReview candidate qualifications and request additional information if necessaryMaintain information in the internal staffing system and/or Ops ReportCoordinate & Validate changes required to the internal staffing systemParticipate in management communication activitiesEnsure subcontract partners are provided requirementsProvide guidance/training to new subcontract partners on the program’s submission processManage all communications with sub partnersQualifications:

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
