**ManTech** seeks a motivated and enthusiastic **Program Analyst** to support our DoD contract out of **Alexandria, VA** . This individual will have a strong interest in technology, R&D, and special operations teams. This position will be working in the area of experimentation and prototype assessment for an organization that rapidly identifies and develops capabilities to support irregular warfare for the Department of Defense and the other Government organizations. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Provide technical advice and assistance on assigned R&D project portfolio. + Ensure successful execution and delivery of multiple research and development projects. + Conduct operational experiments with SOF or proxy-like partner forces. + Conduct proof-of-principle demonstrations. + Support operational planning, testing, system fielding, and sustainment efforts. + 25% Travel (CONUS and OCONUS) **Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of experience supporting an organization involved with rapid research and development in support of irregular warfare or military infantry support.
