Planned Systems International, LLC (PSI) is seeking a skilled Administrative/Clerical Assistant III to support our Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Information and Technology (OIT) customer. Position is On-site in Washington, DC

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities Support project management activities including coordinating multiple tasks and project teams, distributing project communications, and participating in various meetings and eventsSupport project meetings and conference calls for assigned projects, workgroups, and teams (toinclude scheduling, reserving conference rooms, issuing invitations, developing the agenda, and recording minutes)Assist in developing executive-level briefings and presentationsAbility to perform research for a variety of management initiatives sufficient to coordinate subject matter experts to facilitate management and organizational studies. Skill in oral and written communication sufficient to effectively present findingsSupport several HR initiatives providing various services, including program and project management related support, communication support, program analysis, change management, organizational and functional assessments, performance metric development, data analysis, implementation planning, and business process reengineeringCreate reports, metrics and tracking mechanisms and provide analysis to relevant stakeholdersCoordinate and consolidate status report information on a weekly and monthly timeframeComfortable using a computer for various tasks.Proven leadership abilitiesEnsure contractor compliance in time keeping in two separate systemsTracking status on contractor on and offboarding and coordinating with both internal and Government groups Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA), or 8 years of additional relevant experience may be

substituted for education.

5 years related experience required.

Experience supporting large, complex federal agencies; ideally VA or DoD.

Ability to interact and engage with Executive-level stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint.

Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier II Moderate Risk Background Investigation.

Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and work well with others.

Ability to communicate thoughts, ideas, and solutions logically both written and orally.

Ability to get up to speed quickly on complex issues; desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly

evolving environment.

Capable self-starter with a drive to get all types of work done and high attention to detail.

Ability to interact and engage with Executive-level stakeholders
