The Program Analyst will play a key role within the rapidly expanding Service Solutions department. This position actively contributes to developing aftermarket program initiatives for the Daikin Service team. Collaborating closely with the Program Manager, the role involves supporting program development, conducting service analytics, creating marketing strategies, and implementing process improvements and training efforts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Program Manager to develop aftermarket program content for internal customers. Facilitate the creation of marketing content and manage monthly email communications to promote Service Solutions initiatives. Assist in training internal teams on the aftermarket program catalog to drive program adoption and engagement. Provide full oversight and management of warranty processes and analytics, while leading improvements based on data-driven findings. Analyze and manage data on maintenance agreement trends, providing detailed reporting on results. Interpret sales data from dashboards and compile monthly performance reports. Support project work aimed at evolving and improving program initiatives. Contribute to the enhancement and organization of the SharePoint site for efficient file management. Continuously identify opportunities to improve internal processes and evolve program offerings. Foster a workplace culture rooted in positivity, inclusion, collaboration, and respect.

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in data analysis, reporting, and presentation development.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
