Program Analyst Senior

In this role, the candidate will split their time between the ARMA office and the Customer site on MacDill AFB. Duties include:

Manages and Tracks Invoices and Financial Supporting DocumentationWorks with finance to prepare back up documentationSubmits via SIPRReviews invoices with CORAnswers RFIsTracks invoice status and reports to GDITReconciles COR’s ODC tracker with GDIT trackingSubmits AIRs and PRs for procurementEAC support as needed (reconciles Subk inputs, etc.)Supports RFIs, RFPs, and Pricing requestsOther support as needed to financeProvides concur assistance, submits expense reports on employee’s behalfManages Teams Sites for both Programs

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience
● Required Experience: 2+ years of related experience
● TS/SCI Clearance with SAP eligibility required
● Excellent written and oral communication skills
● Location: Customer Site/ARMA Office
● US Citizenship Required
