ANALYGENCE provides USCYBERCOM with SETA support to include the application of cyber acquisition and program management expertise resulting in superior performance of command-wide programs and operations. Our support furthers the USCYBERCOM mission to unify the direction of cyberspace operations, strengthen DoD cyberspace capabilities, and integrate and bolster DoD's cyber expertise.
In this role, you will be responsible for processing documents, maintaining databases, and liaising with the multiple, assigned program portfolios and stakeholders. In addition, will plan and execute stakeholder engagement meetings and collects and responds to stakeholder requests for information. Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of the DoD Acquisition requirement generation and prioritization processes.
Assist with maintaining up-to-date status and progress of command programs and projects, through periodic and formal reviews as well as reports and informal meetings.Assist with responding to queries from internal and external sources.Assist with providing data and affordability research, cost-benefit analysis studies, developing research reports and preparing fiscal projections.Create and modify documentation to support program reviews.Create briefings and reports for reviews to assist CPMs.Establish and maintain, up-to-date integrated contract files including the basic contract, all modifications, processed invoices, and other information deemed necessary to support an understanding of contract actions. Contract files shall be established and maintained in accordance with FAR 4.803 and any applicable USCYBERCOM Procurement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Adapt and utilize templates and forms developed for USCYBERCOM and other Federal agencies to reinforce acquisition policies and facilitate preparation of procurement packages as directed by the Government.Assist the Government in preparing briefings on programs and activities, by drafting and coordinating, program/project level briefings and support to an Integrated Product Team (IPT) when applicable.Assist to plan and execute logistics for program meetings to include location, agenda, attendance, and materials.Provide program support by assisting with reports, presentations, graphs, tables, and charts. Ensure that data entered within task tools (Excel/SharePoint) is accurate and on-time.Provide support for Command acquisition meetings and reviews. Schedule program/team calls as needed; assist to plan and prepare the agenda as well as document meeting notes; manage calendars and requirements for meetings.Gather appropriate meeting materials along with daily and weekly read-ahead documents to prepare program leadership for meetings and briefings.Active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly required.Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and minimum of 3 years of related experience (In lieu of Bachelor's degree, an Associate’s degree with an additional 4 years of experience may be substituted).Basic understanding of project management principlesBasic understanding of DOD acquisition lifecyclePrior experience with military command structure is a plusWillingness to lean forward into engaging with team members and government to learn and acquire new knowledgeExcellent written and verbal communications skills with knowledge and ability to utilize appropriate grammatical skills at a professional level.Ability to prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly projects and meet deadlinesFamiliar working with technical professionals and other SMEs.Ability to effectively work independently with a willingness to accept direction as needed.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products Experience with USCYBERCOM’s Requirements Management System, Workflow Management System, and Microsoft SharePoint 2010 (preferred).Experience working in a complex cyberspace operation and/or multi-stakeholder environment (preferred).
