PROGRAM ANALYST
Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Deployability Assessment Branch (PERS-45) of NAVY PERSONNEL COMMAND. Responsibilities You will serve as the administrative and technical subject matter expert for depoloyability categorization of Sailors. You will process and review military orders. You will update detailing [personnel records for deployability case review. You will assist in the identification, understanding and explanation of patters in data, processes, model outcomes to ensure patters to be predicted and assumptions made. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Extracting/updating required personnel data from various information systems; 2) Performing research and analyzing data to make case determinations on duties assigned; 3) Conducting liaison responsibility with various internal and external sources to determine data requirements, sources, availability, and validity of information; 4) Managing, preparing, reviewing, and processing necessary documents and reports; ensuring timelines are met with personnel actions; and 5) Updating/drafting presentations to perform customer training.
