**Description** SAIC is looking for a Program Analyst to support a Navy contracted located in N. Charleston, SC. **Job Duties:** + Working with the Project Manager in developing budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of a program, participating in and establishing and defining program plan requirements, and monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met. + Evaluate and present alternatives for establishing or changing the budget allocations for new or existing projects. + Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers. + Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares all weekly monthly and quarterly contractual reports per the Statement of Work. + Responsible for ensuring contract requirements and subcontractor responsibilities are being accomplished including working on the definition and implementation of project planning techniques to provide visibility on the contract. + Participates in the development of solutions to a variety of problems moderate in scope and complexity. Often refers to policies, procedures, and practices for guidance. + Provides backup support to other Analysts during surge periods **Qualifications** **Required Education and Experience:** + Bachelors and three (3) years of experience; four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree. **Required Security Clearance:** + Must have an active trust with the ability to maintain the public trust. **Required Skills:** + Microsoft Office - Excellent abilities utilizing Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Some working knowledge in Microsoft Project a plus. + Must be attentive to detail, extremely well organized, strong time management skills, able to work under pressure, adapt quickly, and meet frequent deadlines. + Strong research and Analysis skills a must. + Ability to work well within a team and communicate well both orally and written.
