Responsibilities You will serve as a Program Analyst in Fleet Modernization and Facilities Directorate, Safety and Mission Assurance Division (N47), Naval Information Forces Headquarters, Suffolk, Va. You will develop strategies, recommend innovative solutions to address issues of significance, and ensure the effectiveness, accuracy and consistency of the material furnished. You will prepare and execute briefings, letters and white papers for executives and senior managers concerning internal control policies and procedures a d the status of ongoing program support provided. You will conduct/ attend meetings with senior management officials, obtaining written documentation and arranging meetings/ briefings. You will review and evaluate risk registry data base for technical sufficiency, compliance with established policies, total quality, and readability. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience assisting division heads, ACOS and the domain with developing and advancing the data science and modeling initiatives related to risk assessments and risk documentation with aggregated data base. Experience formulating/ guiding development of policies, procedures, and methods for the development and implementation of the agency Integrated Risk Management (IRM) to comply with the GAO standards for internal controls. Experience of concepts, principles, and practices of program analysis to analyze and evaluate previous, current, and projected operating program requirements for potential effectiveness in meeting their objectives. Experience planning, directing, controlling and monitoring to evaluate and correct deficiencies in planning and execution of IRM requirements.
