Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Training Command (TRNGCMD) of TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND. Responsibilities You will be responsible for the analyzing, designing, developing, and evaluation of training throughout TRNGCMD. You will serve as the project officer or team leader for pilot programs, functional process improvement teams, quality teams, and working groups. You will conduct studies, analyses, evaluations and assessments concerning the trends and impact of changes in student throughput. schoolhouse resources, instructional delivery methods, curriculum and workload. You will participate in conferences, boards, and committees representing TRNGCMD. You will serve as an independent operations/data analyst, capable of working with minimal supervision, in the retrieval, analysis. and recommended use of operational data gathered from a wide variety of sources. You will manage, and control various applications and ad hoc reports for data capture and data quality improvement activities relating to a wide range of source data collection and information systems. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-12 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector in conducting studies, analyses, evaluations and assessments of the training program throughout the organization. GS-11 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector assisting in conducting studies, analyses, evaluations and assessments of the training program throughout the organization.
