Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGEMENT in the CYBER INTEGRATION DIVISION of MARINE CORPS COMBAT DEVELOPMENT CMD. Responsibilities You will lead in the formulation, definition, and modification of capability requirements as senior analyst for interagency military teams and committees. You will represent the Marine Corps in meetings, conferences, on committees, and in writing with DoD organizations. You will develop resource guidance (for staffing and funding) for project activities and perform continuous appraisal of the utilization of command and DoD resources in accomplishing program objectives and goals. You will review and comment on all doctrinal publication actions related to command and control, cyberspace operations and electronic warfare. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Identifying/developing ways to resolve problems for principal program goals and objectives AND serve as an expert in the development/interpretation of guidance on cyberspace operations, electronic warfare capabilities planning, evaluation and improvements.
