Program Analyst/AssistantKBR is seeking a Program Analyst/Assistant to join our team in Orange Park, FL. You will be responsible for assisting the Program Manager (PM) in the development and execution of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) efforts in support of PMA-272 FMS Airborne Expendable Countermeasures (AECM), NAVAIR, Jacksonville, FL.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analytical and Administrative support for the FMS PM, Logistics Specialist, and Business Financial Manager from FMS Pre-Letter of Request (LOR) to Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) development and implementation, through FMS execution involving delivery of hardware and/or services, and overall support of the Department of the Navy (DON) AECM FMS program. Communicate effectively verbally and in writing with team members, civilian and military leadership, and leadership from foreign governments. Analyze and evaluate, on quantitative and qualitative basis, the effectiveness in meeting program objectives and goals.Conduct studies, analyze findings and make recommendations to the FMS team regarding issues and processes. Analyze, extract, and identify trends and issues. Gather, review, input, maintain, compile, synthesize and analyze FMS case requirements to assist the Team with preparing price and availability estimates, develop FMS case spend plans/budgets and FMS case estimated delivery schedules for AECM products and services. Request, review, and track funding for products or services and assist with case spend plans/budgets. Proactively monitor FMS case financial and delivery requirements and notify the PM of any issues and recommend corrective course(s) of action. Review and provide updates as necessary to ensure acquisition plans are current and reflective of FMS case requirements. Track FMS case deliverables and proactively identify and notify the PM of any issues and provide corrective action recommendations. Assist the PM with FMS case development and execution in the applicable web-based applications. Prepares and presents briefings, presentations, justifications, correspondence, and detailed reports to various levels of leadership and foreign officials. Support the FMS team with foreign travel support to include guidance on Department of Defense Foreign Clearance Guide requirements, theater clearance, passports, and team travel country specific anti-terrorism plans. Demonstrate experience at an intermediate or professional level with the following Microsoft Office products; Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Demonstrate experience using web-based applications and databases. Familiarization with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience: BS/BA with 0-2 years of experience OR AA/AS with 4(+) years of experience
Clearance & Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen with an active/current DoD Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
