Our work depends on a Program Analyst Associate joining our team to assist the program management's office subcontracts department in timely processing subcontractor invoices.
HOW A PROGRAM ANALYST ASSOCIATE WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
● Performs complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program
● Our analyst will work with both GDIT Subcontracts and Task Leaders to properly fund and timely process subcontractor invoices.
● Our analyst will work directly with the subcontractor team member to resolve any issues on invoices or monthly and annual cost reports.
● Our analyst will contribute to the program success by ensuring subcontractor purchase order funding is available when required so work will continue with delays adding to the contract performance.
● Our analyst will use various tools such as SC360 and advanced Microsoft Excel techniques to accurately review and process program documents.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: High School. Some college preferred
● Required Experience: 0 - 2 years of related experience
● Required Technical Skills: Microsoft Excel
● Security Clearance Level: none
● Required Skills and Abilities: Ability to work independently and remain highly organized.
● Preferred Skills: Finance background
● Location: Hybrid
●US Citizenship Required
