Our work depends on Administrative Assistant joining our team to assist CMS with their global recovery activities. HOW AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT WILL MAKE AN IMPACT · Work with lien resolution companies or attorneys to implement a reporting process to verify beneficiaries’ Medicare and malignancy status. · Maintain multiple Asbestos non malignancy reports and submit monthly, quarterly and annually to lien resolution companies and CMS · Identify and close cases created in error which were handled through the Asbestos Malignancy Alternative Resolution Process (“AMP”) process · Perform Manual verification of eligibility by reviewing claimant data in ELMO (Eligibility and Enrollment Medicare Online) on a weekly basis as needed · Manage the Regional Office and CMS Inquiries Mailbox · Responsible for compiling and sending Monthly reports summarizing the inquiries in the mailbox for the month upon request and recommending process improvements · Handle FTCA cases and provide monthly report · Perform any additional duties upon request by management. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
