**Description** **SAIC** is seeking a **Program Analyst Associate** to provide on-site project and financial management support at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center in **Newport, RI** . **Job Duties:** + The individual will be required to perform various financial management functions as it relates to both programmatic execution as well as Department level execution. + The individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of Programmatic financial management including, but not limited to: funding document acceptance, cost tracking and monitoring, financial forecasting, budget planning and ad-hoc Department Level financial requirements utilizing various computer systems. + In addition, the individual may attend meetings, track action items and interface with Government customers on a regular basis. + This individual will develop miscellaneous reports, preparing assorted presentations, and assisting with the management and tracking of other project data, as required. **Qualifications** **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree and zero (0) years of relevant experience. + MS Office proficiency with strong MS Excel knowledge. + Ability to balance multiple tasks across multiple projects. + Must have the ability to obtain SECRET clearance. + Quick learner and proactive. **Desired Skills:** + DoD Financial Experience. + Navy ERP Experience. + Project Management Experience. + Understanding of financial/technical documentation.
