Program Analyst BOID
Overview ***This position will be physically located in The Marshall Islands in support of LOGCAP*** Responsible for conducting Business Operations and Integration (BOPID) functions in GFEBs IAW AR 420-1, AR 420-6 to:1. Program Analyst, BOID will ensure all Preventive Maintenance Orders (PMO’s), Demand Maintenance Orders (Service Orders), Operational Work Orders (OWO) and costs are entered in GFEBS and are maintained and current. Account for and enter into GFEBS detailed direct and reimbursable costs to include but not limited to planning, labor, material, QC, and work control cost (open/issue/closed orders). Track real property repairs, construction projects, work order activity and government property management functions. Prepare, submit, and maintain all demand and preventive maintenance records, files, and reports in GFEBS. Operate and maintain Work Management, Engineering Systems, and GFEBS IAW AR 420-1, AR 420-6. 12. Utilize Directorate of Public Works Analysis and Reporting Tool (DART). Conduct DPW Weekly briefings; provide agendas and documented minutes/action items/results. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required. High School diploma or equivalent Work experience can be substituted on a year for year basis Must be CAC eligible and/or able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) A valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Motor Vehicle Operator’s License and host nation Driver’s License, is required Experience: Requires three (3) years of experience in a SAP environment creating large data sets, process reports, and analysis of customer/supplier/invoice/equipment data Prior experience with GFEBS Prior experience with Maximo ® Skills: Must have strong functional knowledge of GFEBS IDOC error resolution Must have strong functional knowledge of GFEBS Business intelligence data extraction Must have familiarity with general office procedures, organizing material, and good housekeeping principles Must have good working knowledge of the Army and/or contractor property accountability policies and procedures Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy is required Intermediate ability to communicate in English, both verbally and written is required Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook applications is required High-level organizational and planning skills, so that workflow is managed efficiently and accurately is required Ability to effectively respond to inquiries or complaints both verbally and in writing Ability to effectively articulate information to management Ability to use independent judgment in achieving assigned objectives Working Conditions: Must be capable of working in an extreme weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit Indoor and/or outdoor environment with very adverse and harsh conditions Includes some industrial production environment conditions as well Physical Requirements: Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations.
