JOB DESCRIPTION:\n
The Senior Program Analyst will support NASA under the CPSS contract. This position will support the Space Launch System (SLS) program in data management and analysis in all project control and business management areas, including performance measures and improvements.\n\nEstablish and maintain the cost\/schedule baseline.\nParticipate in formulating Estimates at Complete (EAC).\nParticipate in the annual Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution (PPBE) process.\nMust be knowledgeable on product-oriented Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and able to advise projects on how to best structure their WBS and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to facilitate EVM integration and rollup.\nMaintains a thorough understanding of the critical schedule path and performs related analysis, which may require projections, analysis of requirements, and data analysis.\nMust have experience participating in Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), solid working knowledge of EIA-748, and be familiar with all EVM processes and principles.\nMust be able to work with and train Control Account Managers (CAMs) and perform advanced EVM data analysis.\n\n

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:\n
Master's Degree or equivalent work experience.\n
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:\n\nNASA\/aerospace experience preferred.\nDesired 15+ years combined PP&C experience.\nAdvanced user of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.\nMust be a U.S. Citizen and complete a U.S. Government background investigation.\nExperience using software like Empower, wInisght, Cobra, SharePoint, and Excel is highly desired.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or other related certifications desirable\nMembership with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and\/or the College of Performance Management (CPM) is a plus.\n\n
