Program Analyst (Postpartum-Performance Traning (P3T))
Summary About the Position: Serve as the Army Pregnant and Postpartum Physical Fitness (P3T) Program Specialist. The incumbent supports the implementation of the P3T program; applies a range of quantitative and qualitative methods to improve P3T initiatives across the Army. Responsibilities As a Program Analyst (P3T), you will perform the following duties which is not an all-inclusive list: Lead and manage the Army’s P3T Program. Monitor the Army’s strategic plan as it relates to implementation of P3T. Develop key performance indicators for each level of P3T programming and reports program status. Serve as a member of the Command Inspection Team providing Army P3T subject matter expertise to review Army P3T processes and programs across the Army enterprise. Develop and implement the P3T sections of AR 350-1, FM 7-22, and other relevant doctrine. Develop, assign, and approve goals, objectives and strategies for subordinate personnel. Specialized Experience Statement: To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as: Work which includes (1) experience utilizing various databases for analyzing data to identify significant pregnancy and postpartum physical training trends; (2) evaluating pregnancy and postpartum physical training initiatives within an organization; (3) advise leadership on program processes such as pregnancy and postpartum physical training or holistic health and fitness in order to establish effective health care guidance; and (4) design communication strategies to enhance understanding of pregnancy and postpartum physical training initiatives. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Administration and Management Health Policy Planning Support Health Systems Analysis Health Systems Data Management Problem Solving Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12). Education Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
