Our work depends on Program Analyst Senior joining our team to evaluate the contracts current financial, travel and daily operations to analyze their cost and efficiency. Expected to assist in developing project plans and ensuring their timely completion. Analyzing an organization’s large data sets to provide actionable insights, manage budgeting and conducting financial analysis and recommending process improvements to increase a business’s efficiency.

HOW A PROGRAM ANALYST SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Perform a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of management initiatives to include development, implementation, execution and closure of applicable projects/taskings. Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program(s). Participate with task leads, managers and program management to monitor essential milestones to insure contractual/project requirements are met.

Ensure completeness and accuracy of current progression status and critical path implications. Extract or compile data from supporting financial management systems to provide managers with summaries or reports. Receive, process, and maintain accurate travel requests and associated funding. Maintain copies of all completed Trip Reports; compile and maintain a summary of all long-distance travel including, but not limited to, the name of the employee, location of travel, duration of trip, and Point of Contact (POC) at travel location.

Perform complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program Analyze, monitor and report financial performance to program management and/or customerEnsure timely completion of multiple, simultaneous, independent projects of moderate complexityPosition requires strong communication/documentation skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skillsApply effective networking skills to carry out job responsibilities. Gather pertinent information from a variety of sources to perform duties.Create and manage document repositories and user permissions in Microsoft SharePoint.Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.Verify and approve subcontractor invoices.May perform business development activities.Participates in special projects as required.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
● Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
● Required Technical Skills: Microsoft Excel, SharePoint and Adobe experience
● Security Clearance Level: Secret
● Required Skills and Abilities: Communication, Financial Accounting and budgeting experience
● Location: On Site
