Responsibilities You will utilize existing systems to collect data and establish a baseline to measure and evaluate performance. You will be managing the generation of reports displaying historical trends of maintenance and energy data. You will be preparing comprehensive written reports containing recommendations and supporting data for managers. You will be reviewing and assuring appropriate actions are taken so that applicable system equipment and location hierarchical components data is accurate. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing qualitative/quantitative techniques for measuring effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of assigned programs; 2) Applying analytical/evaluative methods and techniques in developing new procedures/approaches to identify/resolve significant issues and unique problems; 3) Using numerous analysis processes to make decisions, interpret data, and plan work; and 4) Communicating verbally and in writing to present solutions and make program and process recommendations.
