Program and Operations Manager
Description We are offering an exciting interim Program Manager opportunity with a dynamic revenue department! As an Program and Operations Manager, you will be in charge of a team managing tax revenue specifically in the areas of Real Estate, Business and Personal Property Tax, and Tax Enforcement under the Revenue Administration department. Duties will include: Policy & Procedures, and SOP Standard Operating Procedures Departmental Monthly Staff Meetings Involvement of relevant internal stakeholder departments Management & supervisory duties, recruiting, hiring, training, shadowing and evaluating Evaluate and analyze reports, manage budgets, gather information at a moment’s notice, prepare and research Oversight of Revenue Administration Programs Daily and constant communication with Management and Supervisory staff Prepare and submit reports (monthly and Ad-Hock as needed) Contact Management, operational functions within the various units and billing functions Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems • Extensive knowledge and experience in Accounting Functions • Ability to handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • In-depth understanding of GAAP Accounting • Experience in Cash Applications • Expertise in managing General Ledger • Proficiency in Oracle • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel • Experience working in the government sector Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
